Col. A. S. Kapoor

Col. A. S. Kapoor is a highly experienced civil engineer with 30 years of diverse experience in the infrastructure sector. A veteran of the Indian Army, his tenures have included the Military Engineering Services (MES) and Border Roads Organisation (BRO), in both execution and planning capacities.

He has also worked as Project Director with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). His subsequent senior-management positions with renowned private-sector organisations bring rich experience in project execution, leadership and administration to Construmate.

His background strengthens the company's commitment to engineering discipline, quality execution, timely delivery and high standards of project management.

Gautam Sharma

Gautam Sharma is an engineer and lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector.

He is also the founder of Proclep Consulting, a contract and claims management advisory organisation. His experience spans contract management, project administration, commercial strategy, claims and dispute management within the construction industry.

At Construmate, his multidisciplinary experience contributes to disciplined project governance, contractual precision and structured execution across the company's infrastructure initiatives.
